- Keta Lagna Milap (Marriage Bureau) makes no warranty/gauranty that the services will meet the requirements of this members. If any information provided by the members proves to be in accurate Keta Lagna Milap has every right to refuse, terminate or delete the profile from our database any time without assigning any reason.
- Keta Lagna Milap serves only as a medium of contact information and offer their services on best effort basis but does not take any responsibility of any misinforamation given by the members.
- Keta Lagna Milap reserves the right to withdraw, modify the schemes if any change their terms and conditions of service increase or decrease the membership or another changes from time to time without any prior notice / information or assigning reasons for that without any liability.
- After completing the inquiry of Bride/Groom, it is fully parents responsibility Keta Lagna Milap will not be held responsible for any misinformation.
- Membership will last for one year. One year will be applicable the day when you register with Keta Lagna Milap and completing their formalities.
- Membership fees is non refundable under any circumstances. if members fail to get suitable life-partners in one attempt they can try again during the period of their one year.
- You will not engage in advertising to / soliciting of other members to buy or sell any product or service through Keta lagna milap.
- Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding life partners.
- Not more than 10 profiles in a month.
- You are solely responsible for your interaction with the other memebrs of Keta lagna milap.
- You will not post to others through Keta Lagna Milap in any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harrassing material.
- Your memebrship in the Keta Lagna Milap service is for your sole , personal use. You may not authorise others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
- Keta Lagna Milap will rectify any errors that mat occur in the hosting of the profiles as when informed .However Keta lagna milap is not responsible / liable for such unforseen or unintenional errors.
- Membership charges for Keta Lagna Milap is only Rs.4000.00 (Four Thousand Only). For One Year.
- You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of " Dating", "Flirting", "Freindship" etc.
- Registartion Fees are to be paid by the candidates in the form of Cash / D.D./ Cheque. Payment made by cheque will be considered after the realisation.
- Out Station Fees are to be paid in the form of D.D/ Pay Order Only.
- D.D./ Cheque/ Pay Order should be made in the name of KETA VAIDYA.
- Keta Lagna Milap is not reponsible if incorreect email is provided by the candidate.
- Any Inquiry about any type of candidate will be solicited after confirming the password.
- If Your Password is disclosed to any body Keta Lagna Milap is not responsible for any reason.
- Keta Lagna Milap considers and intends to be subject only to the applicable laws in force for the time being in the NCT of Mumbai irrespective of conflicting provisons of law and to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai alone.
